Oversized Jacket workshop (daytime)

Everything you need for this workshop will be included.

This three-week workshop will take you through making a fully lined zip-up jacket from start to finish.

You will begin by taking your measurements, choosing your size and cutting your fabric, before working through the construction of the outer jacket and lining. Along the way, you will learn how to insert a zip, attach a collar, set in sleeves and neatly bag out the lining for a clean, professional finish.

You can also add optional patch pockets to make the jacket your own.

This course is best suited to confident beginners and intermediate sewers. By the end of the three weeks, you will leave with a fully finished, wearable jacket and a better understanding of lined garment construction.

You are welcome to bring your own fabric if you would prefer.
