- Bucket Hat by Kate Hancock
Everything you need for the workshop is included.
This one-day Bucket Hat workshop is a fun, beginner-friendly session where you will make your own fully finished hat from start to finish.
We will begin by working through the pattern pieces and cutting your fabric, before sewing the hat together step by step. You will learn how to sew curved seams, attach the brim, work with multiple layers of fabric and finish everything neatly for a really polished result.
It is a great project if you are new to sewing and want to make something practical, wearable and achievable in a day. It is also a lovely way to build confidence with accuracy and construction without taking on a full garment.
You will leave with a finished bucket hat ready to wear, plus the skills to make another one at home.
If you would prefer to BYO fabric, please send me an email first to confirm that it will be suitable for the workshop.
