Our Workshops
We keep our classes small, which means every spot counts. If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we have the chance to offer your place to someone else.

Cancel three or more days before your workshop: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancel between one and three days before your workshop: You will receive a credit for the full value of your booking, valid for 12 months.

Cancel within 24 hours of your workshop: No refund or credit will be issued, as we are unlikely to be able to fill your place at such short notice.

No-shows: No refund or credit will be issued.
You are welcome to transfer your booking to someone else. Please email us with their name before the workshop begins.
Refund eligibility is based on the time your cancellation email is received.

Machine hire
Cancel or reschedule at least two hours before your booking to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within two hours of your booking are non-refundable.
You can manage your booking through the link in your confirmation email.
If we cancel
Occasionally, we may need to cancel a workshop due to low numbers, illness or circumstances outside our control.
If this happens, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available date. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Gather memberships:
Log in to your Shopify account using the email address connected to your membership, then go to your orders to manage or cancel your membership.
