Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. You'll get a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

Delivery times
Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days once dispatched. Rural delivery may take a little longer. We can't guarantee delivery dates, but we'll always let you know if there's a delay on our end.
Click and collect
You can collect your order from the studio at 47 New North Road, Eden Terrace. Select 'Pick up' at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready. Orders are usually ready within 1 business day.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, email hello@gatherstudio.co.nz with your order number. We'll follow up with NZ Post and sort it out.
Cut fabric
Please double-check your fabric quantity before completing your order. We cut to order and can't accept returns on cut fabric.
